Parliamentary Group of the Serb List MP Adem Hoxha (Adem Hod08)) appears to be '%sker, for the passage of the demarcation agreement, which for about three years has not been ratified.
According to AAK member Pal Lekaj, who is also Minister of Infrastructure, Hoxha has promised the ruling coalition vote, which if they garner 79 votes, he will give the vote that would make the difference between ratification and demarcation.
The return of Donika Cadaj-Bujupi to AAK has prompted the ruling coalition, along with LDK, to secure 79 votes for the ratification of demarcation, while Adem Hoxha's vote appears to be crucial to crossing the border agreement with Montenegro.
The demarcation hearing, as Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has warned, will be held on Tuesday.
