The government has not indicated when it will allow the management team to start drafting the Association statute of Serb majority municipalities, Koha Ditore writes today.
Although this issue has been one of the issues discussed at the last meeting in Brussels, neither of the parties has provided details about the modalities and deadline for implementation of the agreement. In general terms, other agreements are also referred to, which are not being implemented on the ground.
The association will be discussed again at the next meeting during March. The prime minister's office has not even commented on the newspaper's information that Kosovo “pa has pledged at the February 27th meeting that it will allow the management team to start commitments to draft the Association statute”. They just said that the Government has not yet “passed” this team to start work.
