Next year Serbia expected to make changes to Kosovo Constitution

“Although no progress has been achieved in the technical talks regarding the AKS, it is possible that Vuciq and Thaci will finally agree to form a working group that will deal with it, as many as there are few possibilities for this”, writes the Belgrade newspaper “danas” today, calling, as it says, in its diplomatic sources, Kohanet broadcast.
According to this newspaper, representatives of diplomatic circles claim that Vuciq has until June to present Belgrade's plan so that by December 2018, or as far as January 2019, Serbia's Constitution can be changed.
In the preamble of the Serbian Constitution, Kosovo is marked as Serbia's territory.
According to earlier reports, from Berlin and Washington, it was said to be in the interest of Belgrade and Pristina to sign, by the end of the year, to sign the mandatory legal agreement, while Moscow thinks that it is not a hasty solution, and that the West is confusing Belgrade with confessions about the deployment of the AKS.
