Today, hearings have been held for the appointment of the move for the deputies of the Vetevendosje that threw tear gas on the day the demarcation was voted on with Montenegro.
But there is still no decision for VV deputies.
Drita Milaku, Victory Pacolli, Valon Ramadani, Salih Zyba, Arberie Nagavci and Xhelal Sfechla were arrested on Wednesday.
While Lieburn Aliu has been arrested for confiscating his colleagues' folders.
The hearing has been kept closed for the media, but after the end of the session, MP Jalal Sfechla's lawyer, Naim Rudari, has said the prosecution has sought 30 days' detention for the VV MP group.
Rudari has added that the prosecution's request is unfounded.
“has been held hearings, the state prosecutor has demanded a 30-day detention measure for four MPs who have been in a motion, we have rejected that request of the prosecution, considered it to have been unfounded, unnecessary and unreasonable. And now we await the judgment of the Court. The other three MPs have been the same requirement for all (of the prosecution). We expect the court to reject that request and allow it to defend itself in full freedom”, lawyer Rudari said.
A decision by Judge Agim Kuci for VV deputies, MP Sali Zyba's lawyer, Nike Shala, has told Kosovo Press that he is waiting after a hearing session for VV deputies, separately for his client, Salih Zyba.
