This foundation, it says Kosovo's decision to arrest six Turkish citizens and hand them over to Turkish authorities yesterday shows a false disregard for human rights and rule of law.
Calling the suspicious arrests, the HRF stresses that the same were sent towards torture until they ask the heads of state to seek thorough investigation into the whole situation.
Besides the suspicious arrests, the men were sent to a place where they face a serious torture risk. Kosovo's president, prime minister and parliament speaker, who claim to have no knowledge of the operation, should seek a thorough investigation and explain how this turmoil took place”, the foundation said.
