The former head of the State Council of Quality in the AKA, Blerim Rexha, ironically wrote that if anyone has seen the Rectors of the Kosovo universe, let them show that the Agency has been expelled from ECAR.
He says this decision affects more than 100,000 students, adding that they also face the next challenge, doubt about the level of diplomas signed by the reactors.
Rexha has counted many more challenges to host Kosovo's education as a result of the PACE exemption from ECU.
Here's a full post:
If you saw the reactors somewhere...
The Kosovo Rectors' Conference was established in 2016, a year after the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation was joined in ECAR, with the aim of harmonising higher education policies on labour market and demand.
If you have seen public university reactors, members of the Rectors Conference, show them that the Agency has been expelled from ECAR and that decision affects more than 100,000 (100 thousand) of their students. Tell the reactors that after their students get their visas, with the decision to be expelled from ECU, they also face the next question challenge of the diplomas signed by the reactors! Tell the reactors from now on that they will have difficulty co-operating with European higher education institutions, it will be more difficult, from now on, to exchange students and academic staff. Continued studies outside Kosovo, whether recognition of diplomas from Kosovo, will now be even more difficult.
Tell the reactors, if you see them somewhere, that they won't be able to announce an admission competition for new students, because this year it seems like there won't be anyone to discredit their programs. Tell the reactors that quality in higher education is not achieved in silence, rather they are obliged to respond and raise their voices to the destruction of the higher education system, as is the case of the Agency's expulsion from ECAR. Tell the reactors that “Freedom of expression” is also guaranteed with the Constitution of Kosovo (Nini 40).
