After ratification of the demarcation, do not expect that you can immediately storm Europe

In the same interview, Musliu speaks the internal electoral process in the PDK and the process of transforming KSF into the Army.

Total interview:

First Mrs. Musliu would like to ask about yesterday's session. It was a gas hearing. How did it all affect your health first?

yesterday's hearing, I believe you don't want much comment, because it was very open and transparent. The media have had access and citizens have been well informed about the session. As to the effect on our health, however, it has indeed been a difficult and tiring session. We've all had a little headaches, eyeburning and other things. But I consider yesterday to be the last day we will see such scenes in the Kosovo Assembly. I wish and believe that images like they were broadcast yesterday through the world media, don't see them again.

Yesterday, in a media proposal, you reported that you lost your card and were taken by Vetevendosje deputy Leburn Aliu. You said you were going to the police. We don't know if you went to present the case?

As far as the cards are concerned, it's true. It is now a fact known and medically reportedly stealing coalition deputies' cartels. I initially asked my colleague, Liburn Aliu, to return my card, because she identifies me as the deputy of the Kosovo Parliament and makes use of me to do my work in the Parliament. I've friendlyly begged him that it's not a good gesture and he'll bring us back. He hesitated and said he could no longer return them because they are no longer in the objects of the Parliament. You could have seen that there were different proposals and social networking shows, where we were invited to take the folders somewhere in Pristina coffee shop. I have publicly declared that I will report my case to the police, following a request to Lieburn to return my card. I've met Leburn. And yeah, I did my job as an MP and I kept my public promise I said. After the vote ended, I went to the police and denounced him for stealing Libron Ali.

Are the folders that Lieburn had received or were given new folders?

No, no, no. Even today I don't know about the fate of those cards. We've replaced them with new cards. We've met that absence by the Parliament administration. But it's an insult for MPs to be threatened by the coffees that come if you want to get the cards. I've seen it as a direct threat to MPs.

Yesterday the demarcation was ratified by 80 votes per. A long time has been discussed that demarcation is one of the only conditions for visa liberalisation. But today, internationals, especially the EU Office and Nataliya Apostolova, said there is still work to be done. We're finding there's another criterion to visa liberalisation. The one fighting organised crime and corruption. Do you think that is correct towards the citizens of Kosovo, because they have expected to travel freely, immediately after the ratification of the demarcation?

If you've listened carefully to my word in the vault two nights ago, after 12. It was about 12 and a half when I took my word in the House. One of the things I said was that the EU should also be ashamed of the treatment it has done to Kosovo and citizens. It's not turning out to be an additional criterion, it's been continuous. But progress has recently been noted in the fight against corruption. So it has been repeatedly reported and I believe there is no longer any reason to postpone and keep Kosovo and its citizens isolated. We as deputies at the Kosovo Assembly have carried out a duty that has been taking us as a condition of the EU and yesterday despite all the horror we've experienced, the psychic and physical pressure we've experienced in the hall, all the time I've felt nice and calm in my conscience and well, taking over and over and support the citizens of Kosovo and their demand to ratify this agreement. I believe that Kosovo citizens will always be vigilant and will be cautiously following all that happens in Kosovo, and I consider the EU should give the green light to Kosovo and take away this isolation that Kosovo has done unjustly. I can say with full conviction that it has been unjust for years.

When will citizens be able to move freely into the Schengen area. Do you think this will be done soon after the chairman of The PDK, Kadri Veselini, said it could take place at the end of the year in December. Can this be done when there is an additional criterion, such as fighting crime and corruption. Maybe it could be problematic?

I never wish for such matters to be approached in a manner that I wish. What I can say is that I'm going to try to make every criterion and every task fully responsible. Visa liberalisation is not up to us. There's someone else who makes that decision. I can't talk about decisions I'm competent about. We as MPs have been challenged more than three years and physically, we have simply successfully completed a task we have been given. And Kosovo citizens believe they should understand MPs and the Assembly. Request must be addressed to someone else, not the House. We as deputies deal with laws that Kosovo has. Very good laws are made with standards and advice coming from the EU. And we have to oversee those laws and follow them. Unfortunately, until today we have seen a jam in the law enforcement. Maybe it is these big topics that have overwhelmed Kosovo. I have even tried to present topics that concern citizens, such as private sector workers. I've raised this case several times in the country, but there are others. But big themes have consumed our political energy, and subjects that interest citizens are far from decisionmakers.

How did you comment on statements by LDK officials who have voted the demarcation, but have said the Government should fall immediately after the demarcation vote? Do you think this government is still alive, in charge of Ramush Haradinaj?

Never has it been in my nature to comment on the statements, yet since it has to do with Government, citizens need to know that it's not in civic interest, that we always go to elections prematurely. In addition to the budget needed, delays in decision-making should be taken into account. They just did well yesterday that they were unique in the department vote. But some of the blame lies with them for procrastination. They were not unique three years ago when he ruled Mustafa. There have been several deputies who have consistently opposed it. It's a Bulliqi rush, which has been a major obstacle and has created a false cause. With ratification yesterday it was confirmed that the cause for demarcation was false and political, which someone used to come to power.

Mr Haradinaj today had a meeting with Bulliqi Speed, and they have talked about forming a joint body with Montenegro for the correction of the demarcation, according to Murat Meshe's version. Do you think there is room for correction of this version? Do you think there's been a mistake, since Vetevendosje says more than 8,000 hectares have been lost?

I also hope that any eventual error will improve. It's good for the media to access the budget code. See how many budgets have gone for commissions and sub-commissions, which have done nothing more than the first commission. Whenever there is a budget, there are commissions and volunteers that oppose it for personal gain. I think he finished the demarcation yesterday. Those commissions will be reformed. I hope they find mistakes, because I don't want any land to be forgiven. I hope with Montenegro we don't have border problems, if borders had changed with reports and tear gas, there was no need to stop here. We can keep going, get more territory. The more we have, the better. We must be freed from the complexes of false patriotism, because they do no honor to Kosovo, nor to those who freeze false causes.

The PDK is an internal electoral process. Until it has arrived and will it be reform PDK, consider the results you have expected in the election. Are expected to replace older figures, with newer images inside PDK?

The PDK has a good one that has all new figures. Because this young and old is good to be specified. If we see the age of PDK members, starting with leaders to the newest members, the average turns out to be quite new and these people have what they gave me. PDK. The PDK is an open party that has been continuously witnessed. In these elections we have called on all those who can contribute, the door is open, and they are welcome. Every choice. The very word new choices means that there will be new arrivals in certain positions. The PDK is working to have a democratic and open process, we also invite the media to forward. We are now at the PDK youth election level. We will continue with the democratic woman and we will conclude with PDK structures and I consider it a good opportunity for any young citizen who finds himself within the party to join us.

However, when we are in the election results, it is not that the PDK has expected those election results, perhaps they have been a little disappointing. Do you think Mr. Thaci's move had little impact on two sides of past elections for PDK?

The PDK is fortunate that at its helm is current chairman Kadri Wessel. He's an uncontainable leader, and he's already witnessed because we've had a poor political period in which Kosovo has been through in recent years. I consider that the PDK, despite the result, boasts the position it has in government. Because long ago in government, it was even better for the world to consume energy and still needs change. This happened. Today I can say that, despite the outcome, citizens love PDK's empowerment and are seeing that the results Kosovo has had during the PDK government have not achieved any other government. We are not damaged by the results, but it motivates us to be stable and in the service of citizens to help the latest development.

One more question for the Kosovo Army, which is scheduled to take place in the future. Do you think it's getting enough and do you think the Kosovo Army will become now, as a major topic like the Demarket has been completed.

SI consider the army to be ours, because it's going to just be a name change, but it doesn't prevent anything from establishing the laws we have to structure and equip the army. Changing the name from KSF to armed forces has the main problem, which is with constitutional changes. You know that to make changes to the constitution, we need two-thirds of the votes of Serbs in the Assembly. If we say whether they will, we know what Serbia has thought and what it is that Serbia constantly thinks about Kosovo. However, I consider it not impossible. We're on a straight track. We need calm and discretion. We had a case in 2014, but we lost it. We have not done a small toleration, because even in the Assembly we have been mentioned that we do not want to give them even a reserved mandate for Serb parties, and the damage would be smaller because we would have the army and we would not have the Serbian List. I consider that as a political class, we should be more mature in dealing with our national themes, such as the military. We have to get over ourselves and the party. Without wanting to attack any politician, I had wanted the Albanian parties -- namely, the Albanian deputies -- without misappropriating minorities, when it comes to national themes, it's shameful to get a Serbian MP or any MP who wants to make us a number, and the Albanian parties are not willing to make decisions for the army and the others. We know that Kosovo is complete when we have clearly defined the borders of Kosovo. Then we can prosperitize in other international organisms. The sooner we do our jobs, the better for the country. It's not easy to make such decisions, I'm aware, so we have the trust of the citizens. They have not voted us in the country with privileges, but to make difficult decisions when necessary.

Thank you for accepting an interview

Thank you, too. I wish you all a good day and I wish to love each other more and not to expect that it has now become the demarcation of the border and immediately to teach Europe and seek asylum in other countries. I have said in my final word that we should be aware of the possibilities of liberalization./Periscopi
