Pristina for six years has ignored the obligation to establish the Association of Serbian municipalities, while Belgrade meets all its obligations under the Brussels agreement.
Thus has Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secretary-General Veljko Odalovic said, adding that the United States, given the great impact they have on Pristina management, could influence the situation to be resolved.
He says Belgrade and Pristina do not want to negotiate, but Brussels has taken the role of mediator.
“The directive to the Brussels Agreement is the Association of Serbian Communists, which is supposed to be a benefit to everyone, and there have been some” concessions, he told Pink TV, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.
