Depo, tunnels, or large hosts, are the mains suspected of being turned into closed greenhouses. Police groups are exercising control in the greenhouses, warehouses, former military bars and abandoned buildings and dwellings. Because of the control of the territory and the difficulty of planting on open ground, farming in closed environments is viewed as the only way to carry on. For inspection of measures in every district, Veliu has delegated to each director from a department director from the general directorate.
