The first time he said that his purpose was only to wound him, and the second time he had <x0...
He said that he immediately informed Avni Llumnica. And the last one denied it. He said there was no knowledge of the Jashar plan, writes Koha Ditore today.
The two statements of Jashar, Llumnica's, as well as eight of the other indictees, suspected as members of the organisation “The People's Eye”, with the so-called “Avni Rrustema”, are included in the pre-100-page indictment of the Special Prosecutor, which contains “Koha Ditore”.
In the judicial process against them, the country's president, Hashim Thaci, chief speaker, Kadri Veselin, former ministers, opposition deputies, and other public personalities are expected to testify.
In front of the investigative bodies, they have confessed to links with the accused, as well as to the eventual cases by the members of this organisation.
Murat Jashari, Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Sabit Berisha, Behxhet Luzha, Halim Halimi, Bajrush Konjusha, Lirije Luzha, and Rexhep Toplana are suspected that activities in this organisation have started since March 15, 2015. Since then, the accused have allegedly planned to launch shares, which have aimed at destabilizing or destroying Kosovo's fundamental political, constitutional, economic structures.
They, according to the Prosecutor, have planned attacks and murders of the highest state personalities, ranging from former senior Kosovo officials from 1980 to 1991, and officials from 1999 to 2016, including Thaci, Veselin, former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, former Prime Minister Hajredin Kuci, Xhavit Halit, Fatmir Limaj, and other state officials.
The first planned attack, which even took place, was on attorney Azem Vlasi. Now the prosecution finds that after Vlase, this group was planning to kill former Justice Minister Hajredin Kuci.
