“Declaration issued by Russia's president, Putin is not surprising but, however, it is disappointing. We have been aware of Russia's developmental capabilities and are looking at with concern the events that are taking place as a consequence of Russian doctrine, however, it is disappointing to see that the president of the Russian Federation chose to display these capabilities in a way he did,” said Deputy Secretary of Defence for Policy John Rodd, in a discussion with the U.S. Strategic Forces.
US military command leader General John Hyten added that Putin's <x0th Declaration is not surprising, only strengthening Russia's commitment to develop weapons designed to intimidate and force the United States to take action with their allies. ”
Last week, Vladimir Putin stated that Russia would develop six new nuclear weapons system strategies, including nuclear-based interccrossed nuclear navigation missiles, an interctinarian underwater threat and maneuvering hypersonic vehicles, designed separately if the US uses nuclear weapons, reports “RT” Transmission Periscope.
