Officials' property declaration in Anti-Corruption Agency begins

Today, the process of regularly declaring the property of senior public officials, who are obliged to make their property statements to the Anti-Corruption Agency absolute Law for the Declaration, Origin and Control of Property of Senior Public Officials.

According to legal deposits, the regular wealth declaration begins from March 1st and closes on March 31st.

The declaration of property is subject to all senior public officials, except those who have declared property on the occasion of taking office after the January 1st of this year.

Do not utter a false statement or a lie of wealth by the superior public officials is a criminal offense, which is sanctioned by the Penal Code.
