The Commission for Public Administration, Local Governance and Media has reviewed proposals for drafting the draft law for Kosovo's public broadcaster.
Commission Chairman Nat Hasani has said most of this draft law has been harmonised but has said many issues should be resolved by MPs in the session.
Hasan has said that as a commission they have chosen to recommend the form of RTK's payment through electricity bills, where he said they have seen fit to go on direct payments from bills.
He said that they had not decided on the sum.
Also, this commission has proposed that RTK have a separate channel to broadcast Kosovo Assembly sessions.
“They won't have their own program. The governing staff will have no programme”, Hasani has said.
This meeting is approved in principle of the Bill on Change and Fulfilling Law No.04/ L-036 for Kosovo Official Statistics. Commission Chairman Nat Hasani said he has met all conditions for the session. Approved and sent to the next session.
