Two mothers from Brazil are waiting for DNA tests to understand whether their nine-month-old boys are confused from the hospital where their children were born on the same day.
Francielli Monteiro Garcia and Erivania da Silva Santos from Alta Floresta in western Brazil have suffered DNA testing to determine if they are boys' mothers.
This seems to have been the result of a shocking mistake that was discovered by a mother at a clinic five months after childbirth.
A routine checkout at pediatricist Franziel noticed the similarity of another child to her husband. She contacted Erivnia, and during the conversation they realized that the children were probably replaced in the hospital.
Franciel Monteiro Garcia has already passed the DNA test, which showed that she is not the mother of the nine-month-old boy who is raising her.
