The Constitutional Court in Pristina has scheduled a month of detention for the person who allegedly committed a murder at the meat factory “Apetit” in the village of Babamovc of Oblich.
The F.T. defendants have been assigned a month-long detention measure, starting from March 17th to April 17th of this year”, the communiqué says.
The defendant F.T. allegedly did. 17.03.18 about, in the village of Babimovc, the municipality of Obilic at the firm “Apetit Group”, under still unclear circumstances now deprived the deceased A of life. K, while the same had been working.
The defendant F.T. had fired guns which he held unauthorizedly, hit the front of the deceased A.K. and fled the scene, with the same case causing severe deadly body wounds, and at CKUK in Pristina, his death had been found.
The court has found that there are circumstances showing the danger that if the defendant is found in freedom, he could be escaped with the intent to avoid criminal responsibility and the request for the appointment of the detention measure against the F.T indictees is adequate and necessary at this stage of criminal procedure, for ensuring the defendant's presence in criminal procedure and the unhindered development of the procedure.
The side has a right to complaint against this ruling at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
