The club from Italy's capital has started negotiations with Belgian midfielder Marowne Fellain, who is not having room in the formation of Jose Mourinho, broadcast Periscopi.
The 30-year-old will expire contracts in summer, while now has rejected two proposals for new contracts by the English giant. Turkish clubs Besiktas and Galatasaray are also interested in the Belgian.
