Infrastructure Minister Pal Lekaj has visited the municipality of Obilic on the case with the mayor of this municipality, Xhafer Gashi has signed co-operation agreements where 3m and 347 thousand euros are earmarked for infrastructure projects in Obilic.
Minister of Infrastructure, Pal Lekaj said the Kosovo government remains committed to developing Obilic and offering perspective to citizens of this municipality.
“We will be close to Obilic because the citizens of Obiliki deserve greater support, especially in the environment. Kosovo's government is dedicated to more truly Obilic as a municipality and citizens to have strong support because creating conditions for citizens is our perspective of Kosovo, and we are here today to say we are powerful supporters of all these <x1 projects, he said.
Obilic Mayor Dzafer Gashi said that from agreements signed with Minister Lekaj municipality of Obilic has benefited 3m and 347 thousand euros, which will invest in three major projects for this municipality.
” We already signed a memorandum of co-operation, and in this case the ministry provides for the municipality of Obiliki 3 million and 347 thousand euros for three new projects which are for the 2018-2019 phase, these projects are the square that is very necessary for our municipality, then it's a major project you know that the new Hade neighborhood needs very much to be met with infrastructure in order to enable all citizens who are interested to move to that neighbourhood to have the option of <18x> said Gashi.
According to him, the municipality of Obilics will also finance the completion of the works of the Plemetin- Hamid Bridge, as well as the construction of Plemetin-Sibovc roads and Hamid as far as Lajthishty.
The Minister of Infrastructure during the visit to Obilic along with Chairman Gashi has inspected the bridge's work on the Sitnica River.
During the day, the minister of infrastructure, Pal Lekaj has also visited the municipality of Vushtrri with which he signed co-operation agreements with the mayor of this municipality, Xhafer Tahiri.
