The Humanitarian Law Fund (FDH) has estimated that the transfer process remains the challenge of Kosovo's judicial system.
Anka Kurteshi-Hajdari, from this organisation, has said that by the middle of this year the local judiciary for the first time in Kosovo's modern history will receive all full competencies for prosecuting war crimes and other serious crimes.
