KMDLNJ says that Kosovo authorities, with the arrests they made today, are clearly lined up on the side of the current regime in Turkey that are insistently seeking to be arrested and deported to Turkey, all who are described as gylenists.
“Timed earlier in Prizren had been arrested a Turkish citizen wanted as supporter of Fetylah Gylinen, had been held in prison for a while and after the response of KMDLNj, other organisations, as well as public opinion pressure was released on bail”, said in response.
KMDLNI has even then demanded that Kosovo not intervene in the war between Erdogan and Gylegen, supporters of Gyleen, not close colleges that have been working for years in Kosovo for political reasons, and especially not to deport those arrested in Turkey, because there can be neither fair nor fair treatment nor hasty reporting, and that accelerated deportation to submit to the demands of Turkish authorities is in full opposition to human rights, and Kosovo in no way ventures in the way of violating human rights currently that the issue is regulated by national law and therefore respected by international law.
KMDLNj rejects the arrest of Turkish citizens in Kosovo for political reasons and strongly opposes any extradition efforts under existing circumstances. Kosovo authorities aiming to integrate into advanced democracy, with this arrest being put into grave doubt the goal and democratic orientation by submitting to an autocratic request and listing themselves on the side of political persecutors. In this score between Erdogan and Gylinen , Kosovo must take a neutral stand by respecting international human rights standards.
