Although Kosovo Minister of Internal Affairs Flamur Sefaj, on Tuesday Interpol has announced that the organisation has removed arrest warrants for former KLA members, two former members are still on the list.
Gazeta Insander sources have indicated that Ramiz Qariqi and Genc Zogaj are still on the run by Interpol after they are accused by Serbia of war crimes.
Currit and Zogaj, according to this source, are reported to be on Interpol's list and know that “should not leave Kosovo until the positive response from Interpol comes to them”.
On the other hand, Belgrade has filed complaints to the Interpol Executive Committee regarding the decision to list fugitives with the names of former Kosovo Liberation Army members. /Insander/
