All KEK thermal power plants are in operation and are being produced according to the stated plan.
The B2 unit, which was out of production for a few hours today, as a result of several small technical defects, has been back to work in the record term, so before 2: 00 p.m., other operators have been notified on the market and citizens.
Otherwise during the day, despite numerous reductions and citizens' concerns, KEK has produced 540 megawatts per hour of electricity and also about 90 megawatts have been available provided by the production of the Albanian Energy Corporation (KESH). As for the clarification of citizens, KEK's exclusive activity is only the explosion of coal and energy production. In this case KEK will eventually declare the capacities it has available for KESCO, in full compliance with Market Rules and the contract in force, while supply of electricity consumers is KEDS/ KESCO as the supplier's license carrier.
