An American Intelligence Agency document, The CIA, drafted on September 21, 1951, considers Juliet part of Kosovo's territorial integrity.
As the drama for Demarketing with Montenegro continues in Kosovo, this CIA document, which was allowed for public access on April 14, 2006, recognises Juliet as one of Kosovo's 16 districts, follows Kosova Prees.
It is the first point of this document that divides Kosovo into parts called districts, which are part of other than Zalbe, even countries like; Gracanica, Zvecani, Vushtria, Istog, Kamenica, Gjilani, etc.
In addition to the districts in the document, their central offices, which are some of the country's leading municipalities today, as well; Pristina, Peja, Mitrovica (document calls it: Kosovo's Mitrovica), Podujevo, Gjakova, Ferizaj, Prizren. And here's where Juliet found it.
The document, consisting of a total of 8 points, speaks at the last point about the power of Albanians in Kosovo.
The movement of Albanian nationalists is reported to be very strong. Albanian members of the communist party are for the propaganda of the Communist workers' office because this propaganda promises uniting the region of Kosovo (here referred to as: Kosovo or Kosovo and Metohija with Albania, following the overthrow of the current regime of Yugoslavia”, is written at 8th point in this CIA document.
Villages of the Zleb tower are part of the disputes that were born in the country after signing the Demarket Agreement with Montenegro. The Commission, led by Murat Meha, had found that the Juliet Tower belongs to Montenegro, but with that were the opposition at the time, which included the current prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj.
