Let judges who do not face pressures leave the system

Those judges who can't handle the pressures, or the difficulties they face, can leave the system. That's what Enver Peci, the Supreme Court's Chairman, said about the Kosovo “Directorate of Justice”.

He has said the cases that are being accepted by EULEX are high profiles and are not easy, but it is the last time to prove that we are a state.

“We're accepting the cases he's had EULEX. Can we, can we just, can we just say we can't or can't? We have to admit, we're saying we're just saying state. Peci has said more vocal response of the Council is needed in cases when there is interference from politics in independence of the judiciary.

The “each under its own competencies that it needs rapidly and at times when it thinks independence is being affected the judiciary should react, no matter who is in question”, Peci said.
