Investigations begin for academic advancements in UP

Thus, the prosecutor who has been put to work has ruled out the launch of investigations into three persons.
Of all the preliminary investigative actions, I found that for three people there is reasonable suspicion that criminal acts were committed for two of them: Misuse of official position or authority sanctioned under Article 422 pars. 2 in terms of KPRK Article 31, while for one of them the criminally exercising influence by Article 431 of KPRK”, Arian Gashi's response to KALLXO.com, says.
In this case, prosecutor Gashi reports that on November 30th last year he had authorised the Kosovo Police to take some preliminary investigative actions while accepting report by Kosovo Police on January 20th this year.
By the Kosovo Police, the competent unit has again accepted special report by the dt. 29.01.2018 but no criminal speculation about their findings. So as the prosecutor of the case based on my legal authorization I compiled an official note and passed the subject from the register. PPN in the PP register now heads the case with no. PP.I.r. 20/2018”, says prosecutor Gashi's response.
Prosecutor Gashi, who has so far been interviewed about 20 people, some as suspects and others as witnesses including the injured Rosafa Koliqi.
According to prosecutor Gashi, the investigation is ready at the end and because of the preservation of the investigations it cannot provide more details.
The Life Commission in Kosovo had shed light on the vote of UP's senators to advance academic staff at the Faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Rosafe Koliqi, a science doctor at the Clinical Pharmac, had applied in 2015 to select assistants in clinical pharmaceuticals, but she didn't do what she thought.
Koliqi, who is the only clinic farm specialist in Kosovo, has shown how the Senate in Kosovo The UP's didn't select her as an assistant even though she had the right qualifications.
