Kosovo police have arrested a minor female in Vushtrri, who had lied that she was kidnapped by a male.
“has been arrested and suspected female female female minor age, since the same had insisted that it was kidnapped by a male K-Albanian suspect. By order of the prosecutor after the alleged interview has been released and the case goes into regular procedure”, the police report says.
