The friendship between the two peoples -- the one of Kosovo and Croatia -- will continue in the future, as they were together and came to the aid of each other even in difficult times.
Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj conveyed this message at a meeting with Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Marija Pejcinovic-Buriq, adding that Kosovo is important for the Croatian state as a partner and as a friend.
Haradinaj, Deputy Prime Minister Picinovic-Buriq announced to achieve in Kosovo and the European agenda, stressing that the example of Croatia's journey to EU and NATO membership is a good example for Kosovo to follow on its Euro-Atlantic path.
The meeting also discussed the issue of visa liberalisation, the establishment of the army, membership in foreign organisations, the position and role of Albanians in Croatia, but also the position of the Croatian community in Kosovo, which Prime Minister Haradinaj said would provide the necessary support.
Croatia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maria Pejcinovic-Buriq expressed her country's readiness and dedication for bilateral co-operation in the field of economy and full support for Kosovo on its integration path.
