Kosovo government has not yet begun to draft the new draft for Association of Serb Majorities
The head of the Kosovo delegation for talks with Serbia, Avni Arifi, has said there will be a new draft for association, though, as he has stated, no draft requirements have been made.
Kosovo has not drafted a draft for association. I've seen this information in some media that we made a draft, but that hasn't happened yet. I'm not saying we're not going to draw it”, he said “Voice”, adding that it is not known exactly when the Association will be established.
EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic had said last year that the European Union expects the Association of Serbian Communities to be formed as soon as possible.
“The EU expects that, within dialogue relations between both sides, to be formed as soon as possible”, it has said.
On the other hand, the formation of the Serb majority municipality Association is seen to be inevitable by political analysts.
