These comments were made to Held on the occasion of the signing of Memorandum Understanding between the Kosovar Fund for the Guarantee of Credit and Government of Germany.
“Let me start first by congratulating Kosovo for yesterday's decision, which is a difficult decision because it leads us towards what mainly us internationals and representatives of Kosovo state institutions are here, not to see something like what I saw at noon yesterday, tear gas thrown into the highest political representation of this country but to work to improve the daily lives of Kosovo citizens. And that's exactly what this launch event has to do with. As for visa liberalisation, there is still work to be done. But, we have made major steps towards Kosovo's integration into the European Union”, he said.
