Frey: Serbia cannot stay on two chairs

He has clarified that in every country good relations are needed with Russia, which the European Union wants, but that they must be based on international law.

It, as FoNet submits, has commemorated that EU countries develop an external and security policy and that this principle should be respected so that the Union's voice can be heard clearly in international relations.

Frey has said he understands Serbia that it is difficult to recognise Kosovo's independence to join the EU.
