Education Minister Fatmir Bytyqi has again reacted after rumours that, with the exception of Kosovo from ECAR, students will not be recognised internationally.
He has assured that such a thing will not happen, saying that the manipulative trend does not undo the level of diplomas.
He writes that none of the countries around us, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia and others are members of this European institution. Their diplomats are valued everywhere, and they are accepted for both studies and job - making, and even the manipulators of this truth are well aware.
The minister says the statements are in effect and have guaranteed valid terms as such.
Here's the full reaction:
We stand by students
Manipulative tendencies cannot undo the quality of our diplomas, nor for the effects of study nor for the effects of employment.
Honored students, parents and you media, the concern that is trying to stand up about Kosovo's departure from ECAR and will result in the non-recognition of our students' diplomas being artificial, statistics for manipulation, and a tendency of opponents and political-based education and state seizures.
Education should not become the arena of political confrontation. That is the most vital segment of a people in postmodernism that society is generally going through as a development stage.
ECAR is a valuable institution of the European Community, but not to interfere with its academic growth, nor to the achievement of the professional realisation of everyone and everywhere in the labour market, found in Europe.
We, in reality, are still not outside the European EQAR institution, as the country's evil-doers try to present it. They also know that we have deadlines of Appeal, along which we believe, but we're also working hard to clear up the ECAR, as long as it is going to clarify in all of this misunderstanding coming from the malicious line of communication and complaint.
The prestigious list of the new Council of Quality Scientific Board, though sent to the Assembly months ago, was indefinitely delayed as a result of the postponement of the hearings, to go ahead of MPs for approval, and thus unwittingly brought into line with the Bad Dysinformers of ECAR, with what caused this vacuum to develop, and to receive this temporary blow, but which we will bring back to understanding by meeting standards and being at the side of professional institutions, as if it were the KCS.
On the other hand, we want to clarify in terms of a disinformation of the opinion that's trying to be done, with what anyone can think of from this, to produce a bad, ungrateful atmosphere, malicious, and stumbling point, for miserable gain. As difficult as this is, we and the others behind us will not line up until we triumph to give the country quality educational institutions.
None of the countries around us, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia and others are members of this European institution. Their diplomats are valued everywhere, and they are accepted for both studies and job - making, and even the manipulators of this truth are well aware.
We assure any side of the interest of most of our graduating students tomorrow that they are and will be valid for any domestic and external institutions.
Recognitions are in effect, they have guaranteed valid terms as such, and for such time they produce equally accepted diplomats throughout European space.
By the time of the new accreditation, we will move forward with the new Board, which parliament will vote on these days, and we will be able to turn the situation into a clarity and acceptance of the ECAR.
The colporteurs of this triumphal campaign that have no consideration for the false concerns that bring to the new academic world, the Students and families that share much about the achievement of their children must believe they will not succeed. Doing the crime of apprehending education means failing with shame.
We will stand by the students on all their travel of achievement and will always become their legal shield and their space of opportunity.
This is our duty and we are on duty!
