Demarketing issue complicated, LDK deputy definitely doesn't participate in session

Democratic League of Kosovo MP Ramiz Kelmendi, in a proposal for Periscope, has finally indicated that he will not participate in today's Assembly session, where the demarcation agreement with Montenegro will be in order day. Kelmendi said that at today's session he will not [...]
Kelmendi has said that at today's session he won't be able to attend because of a particular medical treatment, just during the session.
This session will not take part because of the medical treatment I have. But even tomorrow, the hearings were held, I'm not going to take part in”, Kelmendi said of Periscope.
He also spoke of threats he claims were taken from his children if he votes for the deal.
“I hope the position will have enough votes to ratify that agreement. I have my reasons why I don't attend the session. I am a resident of Rugova and I see that other Rugova residents are also concerned about the border issue, so I share concern with them. I'm holding back what was said to my children. They're threatened if I vote pro-Demarkation. This threat to my family is weighing me on”, Kelmendi said over the phone to Periscope.
Regarding whether his vote is due to the renewed deadlock of the Demarketing Agreement, Kelmendi says it is part of the opposition and that it is not his obligation to secure their votes.
I'm in opposition. I don't owe them votes. They themselves have promised to secure the votes for ratification of this agreement. With the pro-demarket vote, the LDK is providing service to citizens to enable free movement, not coalition parties. This process has been blocked for three years since 11x1>, Kelmendi has declared.
He has not ruled out the possibility of voting pro-Demarkation, but has shown what the condition is.
I will not vote on this agreement until I see those who threatened my children change their minds. To stop threatening them and to vote for demarcation to view it as patriotism, not betrayal. Until then, I don't participate in session”, Kelmendi added to Periscope.
He tells how he has received personal threats to the Demarket case.
I know who threatened me. I know who told me. But I don't know who threatened the kids. I didn't ask my son. I've even talked to international institutions about threats to me and told them what's the reason why I have this attitude for Demarketing. No children should be threatened, here I am”, says LDK deputy.
Asked whether he consulted the party over his decision not to participate in the session, Kelmendi says the party has asked him not to speak on his behalf.
I didn't consult with the party, but I told them not to talk about it because I haven't changed my attitude. Their children reside in Pristina, not facing these threats. But my children are here in Rugova and I can't risk their lives”, Kelmendi said.
The Demarkation hearing will be held today starting at 4: 00 a.m., while it is still unknown whether this agreement will be put to the polls, since 80 votes have not been secured./Periscopi
