The signing of the Demarketing Agreement, in Vienna on August 26, 2015, turned into a nightmare for Kosovars.
It was rejected by the opposition, claiming that Kosovo forgave Montenegro eight thousand hectares of land.
In the belief that Cackor and Zleby would be lost, the signing of the petition against what Skender Hyseni's Hashim Thaci signed in the Austrian capital, with counterparts from Podgorica, reported Klan Kosova.

So came the national elections, and Ramush Haradinaj became prime minister. Since the first executive meeting, he had the Murat Meha Commission down to trust the work of Speed Bulqi.
Then several sessions were called for ratification of the demarcation, but failed.
The following are a history of the demarcation process with Montenegro, since the signing of the agreement to date.
