He speaks of the arrest of Marko Djuriqi, the road tax for the exploitation of the highway imposed by the Government of Albania, visa liberalisation, the work of the Government of Kosovo, and other issues.

Below in full interviews:

Periscope: Mr. Zeka, how did you see the arrest of Marcus Djuric yesterday?

Milaim Zeka: My opinion is that since Kosovo's declaration of independence the state of Kosovo has followed no better response than yesterday in northern Mitrovica. I'm not in the group of patriots as pathetic as I am, but I am in the group of realistic people who appreciate Kosovo's market forces and Djuric that Kosovo is a state and there are limits up to Jarinje. Those people who are kidding about the state of Kosovo unfortunately saw anals, not analysts, but also ignorant journalists who reported yesterday without a day, for the first time saw Djuric coming out of the police cars and saying that this is how Djuri was abused in police cars, I've heard all sorts of ridiculous things, that's about not having a large portion of journalists, that's not responsible for public talk at certain moments when the country is in front of major crises. We were before a crisis yesterday, and this has been a kind of positive crisis, but we also had reactions from internationals that have been very positive.

Periscope: Since yesterday's event, it's been very controversial that everything could be a scenario. What is your opinion on this?

Milaim Zeka:  Balkan mentality is absurd and ridiculous. No one comes to our wedding feast with much of the wedding, no one cares how good the bride is, how great the wedding is, but they say who has the sister. These are Balkan theories, which on the basis of conspiracy, I'm still saying different analyses, different journalists, even various MPs. Because they live only on conspiracy theory. I don't care who gave the order. I'm interested in the action the boys and girls of the Kosovo Police have made.

Djurdi has been acting like a dog in Pristina yesterday, and not as the dog we keep in touch with, but as the stray dog of the streets with those stray pants as a miserable punk and sent the message to Vucinqi and the Serbian List that we are a state. That's how the state works. It's not what we're supposed to be doing, for demarcation, not the border jars. I've always said about us is the problem of northern Kosovo, and yesterday we've vowed that we have control even in northern Kosovo. All those guys that were yesterday, everyone had a life of danger, for them they're live heroes. Each of them could have been killed. Such a brave, professional way. The way they worked inside and outside the hall, they were fascinating.

To tell you something personal, I don't sleep every time these cops happen, volcanoes, earthquakes, I don't sleep, I get the joy and reaction of being convinced that I haven't slept until morning. I've got that tape dozens of times.

Periscope: As you see yesterday's event coincided with Kosovo dialogue Serbia. How will this affect the further strain of the situation?

Milaim Zeka: The dialogue has so far been made to the face, as if we were getting married to face - to - face, we had no jobs, no wages, no housing. When the result of this dialogue is not, as far as tension is concerned, with Vousiqi and Djuric, it's a mess with the months. This vile, hypocritical facade with dialogue in Brussels, instead of the dialogue being held in Pristina and Belgrade, it fell with yesterday. Now, I am the one who normalised talks with Serbia. But Kosovo with Serbia is just like the wolf with the lamb. It is not us who normalise talks with Belgrade. We could take pictures of him with Vuchy, but every time he wants to destabilize the country.

Periscope: You've often talked about the involvement of opposition parties in dialogue...? You even said that Albin Kurti but also by LDK, Avdullah Hoti should be involved in the dialogue?

Milaim Zeka: Albin Kurti should be part of the dialogue, Avdullah Hoti, or whatever the LDK proposes, should also be part of GDP with a representative. So far I don't think there's even been any dialogue strategies nor do we have any frames or platforms of dialogue. So far, dialogue has been done with hands in pockets.

Periscope: We're talking about a subject that's pretty current, but actually, the Djuriqi event left him in a bit of a shadow. The Albanian government has imposed a 10-euro fee for autosrade. What is your opinion on this?

Milaim Zeka: That's some dirt Eddie Rama did. It's set an unaffordable 5+ 5 that's coming to Shipshire to pay the highway for that I don't think there's any discussion whatsoever.

We pay highways to Macedonia, but the price is terrible, humiliating, insulting, discriminating.

I am very convinced that Edi Rama has been drunk because if a prime minister of a country that is Albania surviving from xoovar tourism... that those citizens of Albania who have vacations do in Italy and Spain, we Kosovo's thick hands on our holidays on the Kosovo coast, and that being so discriminated against it is absurd.

I call on the Kosovo government to sit down and negotiate urgently and come to the 2 + 2 tariffs, which for me is acceptable but not 10.

Periscope: The demarcation with Montenegro was overcome, as a condition for visa liberalisation. Now are we conditioned to fight organised crime and corruption?

Milaim Zeka: I can say with full responsibility that citizens are not men. You can't make the house without getting married. The roof does not fit the house in the meadow. The main condition was the demarcation.

Who's conditioned the demarcation? There's never been a debate. I've raised this issue, the Kosovo politicians have made it a commitment, those with this shit.

Mr. Zeka, in the end... NISMA as part of Kosovo government, you as deputy NISMAs, how do you assess the work of Haradinaj Government?

Milaim Zeka: I'm not happy with the work of the Government, he's speaking as an MP that you should ask Mr Limaj for NISMA's stances. As an MP, I am not at all satisfied, especially on budgetary lines. I still see the tendency of this government to save my money in asphalt. I'm against it. I am for the construction of a modern hospital, which Kosovo citizens do not want to spend 120m euros outside Kosovo. I'm about building nests, which have been given shelters to politicians eat without, I'm about building independent media, building a stable school system, education. /Periscope.
