Criminal Distract for Enver Hasani

This time to defend his report, which raised doubts about manipulations of the law enforcement file of Chief State Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi.

Kosovo police have exercised criminal speculation at Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor for false announcements by Enver Hasani, which has been classified as a criminal offence and according to information that Kohavision possesses, the subject has already been shared with a prosecutor for review.

The State Prosecutor, who has denied the involvement of Chief of State Lumez, has confirmed the news.

“Criminal speculation has initiated Kosovo Police, not the State Chief Prosecutor. Likewise, each official person is responsible and obliged to announce the criminal work, which has been uncovered during the exercise of office, so the Kosovo Police have done so”, reportedly in response by the State Prosecutor.

That fact, according to Enver Hasani, shows that Lumez has used the state to flee the initiative of the civil indictment, in which he would seek expertise for the file and the certificate of jurisdiction.

Hasan, who is convinced that the chief prosecutor has forged his jurisdictional exam, says the state -- namely, the institutions of justice -- should remove these dilemmas through grafological expertise.

However, he says he has no problem meeting with justice, but says he has a problem with captured justice and has accused President Thaci of it.

Hasan says Lumez is there to protect the president's agents and organised crime.

State Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi, who on the second day of the report's publication, had warned of libel charges against Enver Hasani, but he never did.

Following convict Enver Hasani's public statements that Lumez had manipulated the jurisprudence exam, a KTV team and another Justice Betem began a week-long research that offered evidence, documents and evidence showing that Lumez's name was written on the name of a Zymer Krasniqi.

But, the State Prosecutor closed the investigation in 21 days, saying Lumez, unattendedly, passed the jurisdiction exam.
