The document published by news 24 says “when The CEC led Denar Biba, a tender with no preliminary announcement of the contract's announcement worth about 60 million dollars, whereby they would secure secret votes and cardboard boxes, PV with chemical paper and security envelopes, production of results boards, training manuals, as well as production and posting of promotional materials for the 2017 election.
The contract is tied to April 12, 2017. The document, as seen from the date, was protocold to the CEC on March 19th.
Within 7 days of this date, so until March 26th, it must hand over the Public Procurement Agency to all the documents required by it, in contrast it will face the law. /bw
