The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has organised the workshop for the annual assessment of the work of the Kosovo Strategic Education Plan properly PSAK 2017.
In this case, Minister of Education, Science and Technology Shyqi, Bytyqi, said the report found that a good job has indeed been done, but there have been obstacles to implementing the strategic plan.
“One of the obstacles has been the budget. The strategic plan includes 7 objectives, it is seen that there have been moves, however, remains one of the challenges of including children in the 15-x1-> pre-school system, Bytyqi said.
Minister Bytyqi said the management system needs depoliticisation.
Our “ion is the key point that we have identified and that is the choice of school principals. We aim for the role of parents to be key to selecting directors. It's a challenge, but we'll make it. Quality security remains a challenge, although several steps have been taken, but we still have a lot left to do”, he said.
