There is reportedly a suspicion that Yupa imported from Belgium with expired meat in the amount of 19,657 kg which, according to the prosecution, attempted to sell to the customs terminal in Prizren on September 12th 2017, even though he knew it was harmful to people.
In the prosecution's request for detention provided by Calxo.com, the prosecution finds that even at the “Europa Ida” warehouse, AntonYpa's company on March 20th 2018, 1800kg of chicken has been found with the expired deadline, which Yupa has also reportedly known to be harmful, while attempting to sell.
According to the prosecution, Yupa had to market these products would have to carry out criminal production and the circulation of harmful food items.
The prosecution further in the detention request claims that if Yupa is found in freedom he will eliminate, hide, change, or forge evidence of the criminal act and hinder the procedure by influencing witnesses, harming, or co-partants.

Rejecting the prosecution's request for detention, Mesar Selimaj, Anton Yupa's lawyer considered him a victim, not an defendant.
“If the defendant's real prosecutor Anton Yupa had no access to the defendant's status in this chair, but the status of one injured -- a victim for whom this country's own prosecutor would protect his personality and work”, lawyer Selimaj said.
The lawyer denied that his defense has escaped and has been concealed from justice.
Selimaj found that all of his defense's commercial activity is public and legal, denying that Yupa could market harmful foods.
The lawyer further said his client was never convicted.
Anton Yupa agreed with his lawyer's words, while saying there is nothing to add to them.
The court then approved the prosecution's request by assigning the one-month detention to Judah.
