The chief of negotiations with Serbia, Avni Arifi, has reported before the Commission for Foreign Affairs, Diaspores and Strategic Investments today over his recent meeting in Brussels.
He commented on Kosovo-Serbia talks, said the Serbian side was not interested in talks on other agreements, but only in the association of Serbian municipalities.
Nothing is going on untransparently. It has been important that in Brussels we have the necessary expertise to implement agreements between two states”, Arifi said, adding that in the last round of talks, they went to Brussels with the idea to implement the agreements.
According to Arifi, it was in order to negotiate the energy deal, bringing the expert team to the meeting.
Serbian delegation had come prepared in terms of people, but as soon as they learned that we did not come for the AKS, from that moment more monologues had developed on our side”, Arifi said.
