The Anti-Corruption Agency announces all top public officials, who have not declared property, that their legal obligation should be carried out by Tuesday, April 3rd.
The count of this term is in line with Law No. 05L-03 for the General Administration Process. Article 81, paragraph 4 stipulates that the “Saturdays, Sundays and days of official holidays will not prevent the start and movement of deadlines.
When the last day of a deadline falls on Saturday, Sunday, or a official holiday, the deadline expires on the day of work that immediately follows it”. The agency is available to all officials so that the process of regular declaration of property is carried out successfully.
