The Kosovo Special Prosecutor has filed charges against 10 people as suspects for members of the criminal organisation “The People's Office”.

KA LLXO.com reported today on plans, structure and details of this organisation's organisation according to the description in the Special Prosecutor's 79-page indictment.

A very interesting part of this act is the one that describes the plans of this organisation, while also the indictment describes part of the funding form, reports KALLXO.com.

As described in the indictment, the foundation “Freedom of Homeland”, this fund established by the organization, would function in such a way that a fund activist, which would have interesting tasks, would be assigned to each city.

“For each city an officer of the fund “Freedom of Homeland”, by a serious firm-company owner, this contactes four eyes with city firms with the district and requires regular monthly assistance from Kosovo Special Prosecution firms”, is described in the Kosovo Special Prosecution Act.

Murat Jashari, Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Rexhep Topllana, Bajrush Konjusha, Sabit Berisha, Haliim Halimi, Bexhet Luzha and Lije Luza are part of the indictment that charges them with preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.

Murat Yasar has currently been assigned psychiatric treatment measure, while in connection with this KALLXO.com had reported last month.

None of the accused in their statements under the indictment have accepted the prosecution's claims described in the indictment.
