This, according to a survey conducted on the eve of the 19th anniversary of the bombing of Serbian military forces by the NATO alliance.
This survey conducted by nongovernmental organisations called the Institute for European Affairs has also revealed that 62 per cent of Serbs would not accept NATO's apology for 1999 intervention.
Since a third would not accept an apology, 7 percent of them appeared unequivocal.
10 per cent are for NATO membership, while 6 per cent are not committed to joining the north-Atlantic alliance.
According to b92, in the question of what caused NATO's intervention, 17 per cent said this came from Slobodan Milosevich's policies, 15.2 per cent were of the opinion that intervention came due to US and West interests, while 12.6 per cent said it became “that ethnic Serbs were cleared of Kosovo”.
Two-thirds of citizens oppose any kind of co-operation between Serbia and NATO, while 26 per cent of respondents -- mostly more educated -- support co-operation.
The survey was conducted on March 16th-20th, with the participation of 1,000 and 203 Serbs from around the country.
