At least 60 American diplomats will be expelled from Russia

Moscow will expel at least 60 American diplomats in response to Washington's movement, which did something similar by linking it to the poisoning of the double Scripal agent, Senator Vladimir Dzhabarov said.

He called the movement to expel 12 Russian diplomats from the United Nations as illegal action.

Washington's recent actions can only serve to destroy American-Russian ties, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov said. The United States knows no other language than force, the diplomat added further, commenting on the possible response.

Moscow expected such action from Washington, but hoped, however, that they would use their healthy minds to stop the hysteria of Great Britain.
