Krusha the Great commemorates today those killed and massacred by Serbian forces, where neither women, children and elders have been spared.
19 years ago, specifically on March 25, 26, 27, in the village of Krusha the Great of Rahovec, 243 people were slaughtered, while 893 private and social homes were burned.
The Great Krusha massacre is one of the most shameful massacres committed over the civilian population, and one of the mass massacres and killings that took place by paramilitary, police and the Serbian occupational army throughout Kosovo.
For Serb criminals, the massacre was common, something they thought should be only with the aim of eliminating the Albanian population in Kosovo.
A memorial of the marking of this painful date will be held as well as the memorial academy, attended by President Hashim Thaci and Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
