Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Organisations have reacted to recent events concerning the national and state flag.
According to O VL- KLA, it would be best to place the two flags and not overstep any of them.
Here's the O reaction. VL-KLA:
Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Organisations -- on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence -- congratulates citizens this day, for which we have reason to celebrate.
Events that are taking place on this anniversary of independence, placing them in front of the national flag and the state flag, have negative consequences for our society.
Kosovo's independence has come as a result of the efforts of many generations that were crowned with the liberation war, in which Albanians from all their lands participated. While the national flag is part of our history and efforts, which was also at the forefront of our liberation war and the element of the act of KLA oath.
We are against the removal of the national flag, but also against the removal of that state, and in this case we are calling on institutions and political parties not to overstep any of these flags, and much more so that they move at night.
Dear citizens,
Kosovo's independence should be the day that unites us and not the days that divide us as Albanians.
