Teachers ' Strike - Not the First Hour of Teaching

Throughout all Kosovo schools today, it has not been held the first class, due to the strike called by the SBASK.

At lower elementary school “Naim Frasher” has started strikes an hour ago warned by the United Education, Science and Culture Union.

This protest is being held as a sign of revolt against the country's government, which has not yet prosecuted the draft law on education workers in the 1990-99 Assembly.

Muzafer Qaffleshi professor of Music Education for Kosovapress has declared they are holding this strike because their demands are not being carried out by the country's government.

Meanwhile, Sabree Musholli, a teacher of Albanian Language and Literature, said they are in very bad shape until the strike should require the rights they deserve.

Even though the SBASK has appealed not to come to school at the first hour in the corridors and classrooms of lower elementary school” Naim Frajr” was seen with a large number of students who said they came to school even though they were informed that the first class is not held because teachers are on strike.
