Special forces have broken down a member of the Islamic state's “who planned terrorist attacks on Nizhny Novgorod,” said in the agency's statement Thursday, “reported. RT” Transmission Periscope.
“According to information collected from intelligence, a neighbouring terrorist has planned an attack on the day of presidential elections,” was quoted in the agency's statement.
The suspect opened fire in the direction of the FSB team trying to catch him, but was shot dead, according to law enforcement.
