Resigns a VV head

Retkocer, by means of a letter, explained in detail what he faced during his time as chairman, he also wrote that he saw no attempt by the people who themselves founded this party to overcome these problems.

This is Retkocer's full letter: 

Dear citizens, activists and voters of the Vetevendosje Movement in Lipjan! ,
Honored members of the leadership, head of the Council of Centre, Secretary of the Centre, head of LVV points! ,

Honored LVV chairman Comrade Albin Kurti and you honoring KP members!
I regret to inform you that I have decided to resign irrevocably from the position of chairman of the Vetevendosje Centre in Lipjan, and from the position of member of the General Council of ACTS!

As a new member of short experience in the Vetevendosje Movement, but with long experience in political life in the country. The short time at the helm of a Vetevendosje Centre made me work, act, sweat and challenge so much that I had not done for several years on the other political subject I met until the end of 2013.

The general elections of June 11th 2017, then local elections for mayor and municipal Assembly of October 22nd 2017, now in the end the internal elections for the chairman of the Vetevendosje Movement were just some of the challenges I faced for the short time I was in VV. For about a year and a half, I tried, I contributed a lot to raise and confirm Vetevendosje in Lipjan why not even at the country level as much as I had the power, knowledge and opportunity.

The beginning was good, the activity was going well, it seemed that we had started working as a good group at the helm and were combining relatively satisfactory generations, young and middle age within the leadership. This whole thing was a trick, a farce that now looked like from the prepared and well-managed retrospect of one of our important people in the SP. This well - known person of headship has tried all the time to control but also to conduct my actions and work as chairman.
Despite the failure in the collective work of headship, the outcome of the election was a surprise. I and a part of the leadership were very happy that Vetevendosje received 5,760 votes, which I all wished and thanked the citizens, but I haven't yet achieved and still don't understand why they had to rejoice and be so happy a part of the leadership, that their only candidate for the MP, which in this case was also the mayor (I) got only 1,350 votes in Lipjan. Here my dilemmas began to continue or withdraw from the position of chairman by taking on the smaller number of votes.

The conversion syndrome that started in Pristina, which I didn't even know about, but within the leadership there had been a member who knew all the events that were taking place in Pristina. The scenarios had begun to weaken the mayor's position, but using the long experience in politics I've managed to maintain some kind of spirit and co-operation within the local central structures. Understandably, in direct assistance to cope with the interpretation, I had the CQ leader, the secretary and several members of the leadership. The open representation of the Pristina break-up and multiple resignations, and especially of the most important figures and many of them founders and the following of all schools and foreign training, has also inevitably influenced the frustration of reports within the leadership, the centre council, the chiefs of points and membership.

I quit today by not agreeing to all these processes that occurred in Vetevendosje as lightning, and for that I have not seen the slightest attempt to save the creature that they created. My modest expectation and effort with a letter written for its approach and reunion seems to have come to an end, so from today I have laid down my function as head of the Lipjan Center
