“Sciently, as minister of Culture of Slovakia, I can't stand that a journalist is killed during my mandate”, Madaric said at the press conference, broadcast Koha.net.
Killed journalist Jan Kuciak (27) reported on the criminal processes of businessmen, from whom some have been linked to politicians.
The dead bodies of journalist and his mistress were found at their home last weekend at the site of Velka Maca, east of Bratislava capital.
All Slovak media today have published the unfinished story in which the investigative journalist had worked. EU Observer.
