Whatever Zidane chooses to do at the end of the season, Real Madrid will respect his decision; but the club needs to prepare for a scenario where it will be obliged to find a new coach.
Madrid realizes it's hard to achieve what Zizo has accomplished with the team in the past 26 months and thinks he deserves to make his own decision.
Three names are mentioned as possible offspring if Zidane decides to leave: Mauricio Pochetino, Joachim Low and Jurgen Klopp. The Argentinian coach, who knows La League very well, is the favorite.

His philosophy received approval from the directors of Los Blanco. A coach whose teams are bold, beautiful to see, and this has demonstrated this season at Premier League and Champions League.

Another candidate but has a contract by 2020 with Germany is Low. Florentino Perez has been eyeing the coach since Brazil 2014, but Low has a solid relationship with the German Federation, but the best scenario would be if he ended his long adventure with his country's representative at the end of Russia 2018.

The third candidate is Klopp, another German. He has shown that he can be a very good player manager and has managed to develop players like Salah and Chowinho into world players. But the Reds have practically given the club keys to the coach and want him to continue the good work of winning titles. He has a contract until 2022 in Anfield.
