The chief of the PDK Parliamentary Group, Memli Krasniqi, says the commitments of Chairman Wessel, who has been seeking consensus on the ratification of demarcation on all sides throughout the week, today have ultimately resulted in full success because reconciliation has been achieved to go into agreed session.
High official of The PDK) says that after meeting with Prime Minister Haradinaj, Wessel has even talked to LDK representatives, and now the minority differences that have existed yesterday are past.
“We believe that on Wednesday the ratification will be successfully completed”, Krasniqi says.
As he emphasises, the most important consensus has been the broad consensus between Albanian political parties and now says they expect this consensus to join other MPs to achieve the necessary majority for ratification.
The LDK had crashed yesterday in the Assembly with Ramush Haradinaj. The objections involved the Bullick report. The LDK refused to have the Bullics report released in the vote, until Haradinaj insisted that this happen.
However, it seems that the sides have finally agreed on the issue.
